Creativity, innovation and charter schools
If NC is serious about experimenting with curricula that foster creativity and innovation, then it needs to remove the (arbitrary) cap on charter schools. For a review of charter school performance nationally, see this excellent postat Modeled behavior.

There are many different says on what people think about charter schools. I think that charter schools are good for many different students they allow them to expand and give them more of a challenge with some college level classes, but does not really help the students whos brain are more towards art and music. It does not let their expansion on their creativity grow as much, as it favors more towards to academically and not so much the creative side.
